Engineering II Professional - Tech Process Management

We're looking for someone who acts as Agile Scrum Master and who can interpret and translate business requirements, Design & Configure Key Design Decisions in planning solutions .

As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions in rapid pace.

You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to the dev team helping to foster a culture of continuous implementation and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
• Strong with People Leadership skills in managing enterprise applications, work in ambiguity, deal with complex biz process
• Be self-driven and proactive with relevant work experience in Financial Planning
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills (i.e. business acumen) and remain curious to evolve their knowledge of the business, industry and competitive trends and technology to put results and insights in a proper context
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and lead team members on analysis, visualization, and presentation skills

Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or two or more years of experience.
• Two or more years of Software Development Program Management experience or equivalent Agile Experience
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Finance Domain Understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
