Engineering III Specialist - Tech Process Management

What you'll be doing...
Our cloud based HCM SaaS platform (Workday) is continuously improving to become even more robust and efficient, and we need your help to manage the program.

We'll be helping our employees to experience the best journey right from hiring to retiring and release product features for them as we obsess over enhancing their lives.

You'll coordinate and help the development team sprint on sprint, ensuring that it runs efficiently and that we deliver the best features for our employees. Don't just watch the digital future unfoldbe part of the engine that drives it, on our 'HCM Process' PMO Team.

• Coordinating with delivery managers to build and align sprint goals.
• Coordinating the sprint execution.
• Identifying, tracking and solving unexpected problems, while minimizing risk.
• Conducting retrospectives and collating data from the scrum team on improvement opportunities.
• Reporting on achievements and deliverables.

Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
• Knowledge in HCM domain, preferably Workday modules.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Familiarity with Agile philosophy, SCRUM framework, Project Management Institute (PMI) process and standards.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and/or MS Project.
• Experience managing projects, ideally, technical in nature.
• Experience project managing Capital and Expense budgets (CapEx vs. OpEx).
