2. Training Delivery:

- Conduct engaging and interactive soft skills training sessions for students through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.

3. Assessment and Feedback:

- Develop assessment tools to evaluate students' soft skills proficiency.

- Provide constructive feedback to students and work with them to create personalized improvement plans.

5. Collaboration and Networking:
