JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Customer Support Intern
The primary purpose of this role is to-
• Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email)
• Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring
• Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems.
• Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ready to work in US shifts in 24x7 operational Support environment.
• Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.
Qualifications- - Bachelors Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience or an undergrad appearing for the last semester
Experience- - Typically requires 0-1 experience with a demonstrated competence in functional or technical troubleshooting of the assigned products.
Salary - 23K Per Months + shift allowances.
Travel requirements- - Minimal
Working arrangements-
- Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
- Able and willing to work on shifts’ or to be on an ‘after hours’ rotation.
Location – Kharadi, Pune
