Education:

Ability to work with global teams and a flexible work schedule

1-2 years hands on development Experience Experience with Microservices, CI/CD, Event Oriented Architectures and Distributed Systems

Familiarity with web technologies (e,g,, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), data manipulation (e g, SQL), and version control systems (e g, GitHub)

Familiarity with DevOps practices/principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and the product development lifecycle

Familiarity with modern web APIs and full stack frameworks

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, in memory caching is a plus

Experience developing eCommerce systems especially B2B eCommerce is a plus

Some Non-Technical Managers who acts infront of SMEs like they are very sound in technical and not allowed to talk their views in front of clients. Everytime in meeting interuption between clients and Yash. This represents very bad impression infront of clients.. This approch not only impacts team morale but also diminishes the potential to deliver the best solution to client.
