E-Commerce Manager- Bhima Gold Private Limited

Responsibilities:

• Layout the Business Plan for E-commerce working with key business stakeholders
• Execution of E-commerce business plan for achievement of P&L
• Plan initiatives for achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales target on E-Commerce platform
• Map a clear and effective customer journey map and strategize for each checkpoint
• End-to-end responsibility for delivering all e-commerce orders by managing live stock on all e- commerce portals
• Coordinate with Vendor for delivery within timelines, Liaison with Ecommerce platforms for logistics
• Ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreements on our e-commerce platform
• Work towards continuous improvement for our online experience by coordinating with tech, development and UI/UX teams.
• Evaluate website needs based on feedback from users and update the tech team on the requirements like new features, layout adjustments, bugs, mobile compatibility, etc.
• Develop and own a road-map of initiatives to increase delivery partners' engagement to Bhima
• Maintain excellent working relationship with external stakeholders. Build a strong network with key external stakeholders
• Develop relationships and SLAs for payment gateways, Banks, UPI, Wallets etc.
• Analyse the online sales trends of Bhima and competitors on various Ecommerce platforms
• Analyse the marketing expenditure to boost online sales
• Run online ads on Ecommerce platforms and other online mediums to boost brand/product visibility
• Recommendations on categories based on buying patterns to Production
• Responsible for building the product catalogue for e-commerce
• Ensure regular product upload in the required format on each e-commerce portal
• Ensure product photography and editing is in alignment with the set SOP's
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members
• Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in E-commerce
• Team management skills
• Vendor management skills
• Thorough understanding of Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations
• Good understanding of Magento e-commerce platform will be an advantage
