- As a Senior Consultant/Consultant one would be key & pivotal member of the team shouldering execution of deal pipeline and client relation responsibilities.

- The individual is expected to generate new clients as well, apart from mentoring research team.

Key attributes of the role would be as below:

Assignment Execution:

- Accountable & Responsible for effective delivery of pipeline.

- Manage delivery time & quality.

- Follow & ensure Venator's process & effectively implement within the team.

- Guide & Manage Researchers on delivery.

- Seamless client interface on delivery aspects.

- Ensure % conversion to built credibility & reputation.

- Expected to nurture senior level candidatures.

- Participate in all negotiations with a 'deal closing' attitude.

Business Development & Client Relationship:

- To develop & acquire new clients and originate business.

- Ensure quality of clients, deal, deal size and percentage signup.

- Effectively maintain relations with existing clients for continuous flow of business.

- Troubleshoot client relationship issues, if need be.

- If you are a MBA or a post graduate with 6 - 8 years of experience in executive search or talent.

- Acquisition With Exposure To BFSI Industry.
