Job Title: Sales Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the BFSI, Government, and Enterprise sectors. This role requires expertise in selling cybersecurity solutions, including data security, backup solutions, endpoint protection, DLP, and MDM. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage relationships with channel partners and customers, and drive opportunities through tenders, RFPs, and direct sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a sales funnel for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and close deals in BFSI, Government, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Facilitate tender floats and participate in GEM and RFPs.
  • Identify future opportunities and build a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Manage strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Lead the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Achieve targets for customer meetings, sales revenue, and other key metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in selling data security or data backup solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions to corporates.
  • Strong understanding of IT Security solutions (Endpoint, Networking, Data Security, DLP, Backup, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Management).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in the cybersecurity space.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
