Workshop Manager

Role & responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implementing Service RECODE process in workshop repair activities to ensure complete customer delight.

2. Defining the targets in terms of number of job cards, parts business, Labour revenue generation, Workshop daily planning and service promotional activities

3. Daily tracking of deliveries & ensuring adherence to delivery SOPs

4. Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reporting to MD.

5. Ordering spares for VOR vehicles.

6. Monitoring workshop utilization and productivity continuous monitoring of the attainment of the goals set as above and the prompt initiation of corrective measures where required.

7. Create improvement plans for maintenance processes.

8. Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.

9. Manage workshop's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

10. Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.

11. Review and approve maintenance schedule and manpower plans.

12. Review audits on maintenance, repair and overhaul operations
