Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze requirements to perform manual testing.
• Develop and execute test cases for complex situations.
• Document errors and issues, creating detailed reports for fixes.
• Proactively report bugs and follow up on their status across different teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and functionality checks before product delivery.
• Monitor risk-management procedures and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document processes for IT and development teams.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Support initiatives to improve reporting quality and maintain solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create wireframes to visualize requirements and solutions.
• Conduct research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production environments.
• Pursue continuing education on new technologies and skills to stay updated.
• Provide excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills to ensure project efficiency.
• Note: This job includes testing and business analyst work as well.

Requirements:

• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including functional, regression, integration, user interface, and system testing.
• High-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function independently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of products and services related to software development.
• Superb computer competence and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
• Any graduate with relevant skills and a keen interest in both business analysis and software testing.
