The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and engagement, ensuring our videos are visually compelling and optimized for audience retention. Responsibilities: Edit and enhance YouTube videos with dynamic cuts, transitions, and engaging effects. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to make content more visually appealing. Use color grading and sound design to improve overall video quality. Optimize video pacing for maximum audience retention and engagement. Work closely with content creators to bring their vision to life. Stay up to date with YouTube trends and video editing techniques to ensure content remains fresh and competitive. Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.). Requirements: Proven experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube or social media. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. Strong skills in motion graphics, animations, and special effects. A portfolio showcasing past work with high-quality editing and visual effects. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability. Experience with sound design and color correction is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with YouTube creators or digital content brands. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization strategies. Ability to create custom animations and graphics from scratch.
