Team Leader - Sales - Loan (3-5 yrs)

1) Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecaller agents to achieve sales targets for loan products.

2) Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, conversion rates, and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to loan products.

3) Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.

4) Ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service during every call, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

5) Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
