About Velocity AI Labs:

- Velocity's AI labs is a vertical to leverage AI led solutions for internal Velocity use cases and then deploy them at large scale across the industry. We have started with Vani AI - an AI powered super-agent designed to emulate human phone calls. Vani AI delivers outstanding performance by tackling several technical challenges like local language understanding, interruption handling, background noise removal, high conversational accuracy, and super low response latency.

- While this is the starting hook product, we aim to launch multiple products leveraging AI to solve for emerging use cases while improving our voice agent to cover major finance and e-commerce use cases.

About the role:

We're seeking a Global Manager Growth to drive our AI product's expansion. This key role will oversee sales, marketing, content creation, and outreach initiatives. As our first sales hire for the North America and Europe market, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our growth strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in North America and Europe for our AI led products

- Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, establish a robust sales pipeline, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Content Creation: Craft compelling content, such as case studies highlighting customer success, videos for product tours, tutorials, and targeted email campaigns that communicate the benefits of our AI solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth strategies with product capabilities and user feedback.

- Partnership Development: Identify partnership opportunities that can enhance market penetration and drive strategic growth

- Metrics-Driven Growth: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and outreach activities.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:-

- Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI technology in the US and Europe Market

- Track Record: Proven success in closing deals with large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles.

- Advanced Content Skills: Exceptional ability in writing, editing, and content production, demonstrated through a portfolio that includes both written content and videos.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with the technical nuances of Generative AI and can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.

- Creative and Proactive: A self-starter with a knack for innovative problem-solving and project management, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

- Networking Prowess: Strong network within Fortune 500 companies and ability to build new relationships quickly.
