VelocitAI Digital is a fast-growing Consulting & Services firm with focus on enabling businesses on their Digital Transformation journey through strategy, data services, application deployment and development with AI, ML, Web and Mobility technologies along with staff augmentation. 

We are looking for a VP Sales to expand market presence through new customer acquisition and lead high-impact sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to create new opportunities in line with the market needs. 
• Client Acquisition & Expansion: Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across geographies. 
• Enterprise & B2B Sales: Drive consultative sales for IT services, including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
• Deal Maker: Ability to lead high-value negotiations with CXOs and decision-makers to close enterprise deals. 
• Revenue & Profitability: Own and deliver sales P&L budget across geographies.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Someone with killer sales instinct of identifying opportunities and go after with proven experience in selling IT services & consulting with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B/enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud, digital transformation, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Experience in selling to enterprise clients across industries.
• Expertise in deal structuring, contract negotiations, and managing large sales cycles.
• Strong network and relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
