SENIOR ACCOUNTANT CUM FINANCE SPECIALIST– JOB DESCRIPTION

Vign Engg and Services is hiring a Senior Accountant cum Finance Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, energetic to analyze our financial data and help us to make smart and strategic business decisions. You’ll be a key member of the team as you’ll demonstrate your attention to detail and focus on strategy through your analysis, research, and recommendations. Sounds like you?

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to the director as requested
2. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
3. Reconciliation of Bank and cash transactions on weekly and monthly basis.
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
5. Prepare and maintain of adequate records for Business Contract and agreements.
6. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
7. Maintain all electronic and hard copy finance department files including vendor bills and deposit documentation.
8. Prepare and maintain of adequate records for Business Contract and agreements
9. Verify and File the Monthly and Quarterly returns for GST, ESI, PF and TDS.
10. Respond to inquiries from directors regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests
11. Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
12. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
13. Oversee maintenance of personnel files
14. Need to determine the financial requirements of the company.
15. Report to Management regarding the financial position of the business on a regular basis.
16. Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial documents as requested.
17. Required to look for ways to raise the company's Fund.

Qualifications:

 B.com must, preferred M.com & CA intern.
 Profile experience range of 3 to 5 years
 Experience with Tally ERP / Prime.
 Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management and staff and customer relations.

 Possess troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills.
 Ability to document and implement processes and procedures.
 Highly flexible and willing to extend arms to handle multiple accounts.
