Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior and junior developers
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous improvement
- Provide technical direction and guidance on development projects
- Ensure best practices in coding, design, and architecture are followed
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to standards
- Provide constructive feedback and support to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development
- Offer innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team s skills relevant
- Develop and maintain coding standards and guidelines
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
- Manage workload distribution and monitor team performance
- Implement and maintain robust testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in MERN & PHP development
- Proven experience in leading a development team
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, WordPress)
- Strong knowledge in MySQL, MongoDB
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, React)
- Experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in code quality and performance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
