4 - 5 years (Additional experience of 2-3 yrs if Diploma)

Sudhanshu Dandekar (SUD-IN)

Job Responsibility (Primary)

Study of contract document, attend meeting with sales / customer for project
discussion.
Must be well versed with AutoCAD (2D &3D) and CAD works
Has worked on Solidworks
Preparation of General Arrangement Drawing and complete detailing drawings etc.
Drawing Process flow Diagram (PFD) systematically.
Preparing Equipment Layout (Plan & Elevation)
Knowledge Structural steel like Angle, Channel, beam etc.
Preparation of Final as built drawing
Preparation of Bill of Material
Preparation of equipment layout
Basic knowledge of piping
Weight calculation
Volume calculation
Knowledge of ASME / EN / ISO / ATEX Standards.
Should have basis knowledge of ERP system.

Required skill set

Sound knowledge of basic engineering equipment used in Cement, Steel and Power
Plant. Thorough understanding of engineering drawings.
Hands on experience on AutoCAD, Computer Knowledge: MS Office
Understanding of Customer layout drawings
Basic knowledge of GD & T.
Good presentation with Communication Skills - Verbal / Mail

Position Type

Third Party Contract - External outsourcing (Preferably M/s Vegazva, Gurgaon)

If selected,

1. Applicant should be able to work from 8:00a.m. to 5:30p.m.
2. Terms & conditions as per FLSmidth-Vegazva contract (NDA)
3. Remote access will be provided to selected person with user ID
4. Applicant will be able to work from Vegazva office
5. Applicant can visit FLSmidth office as & when required for training critical discussions if required
