Roles and Responsibilities For: Business Head- Steel Detailing Services
Position: Business Head-Steel Detailing Services
Reporting To: CEO
Reported By: Delivery Head, Team Leaders, Checker, Modeler & Detailer
Supported By: Sales& Marketing, HR, F&A
Roles:
Be overall responsible for growth & profitability of the Steel Detailing Services of Vegazva
Provide leadership & guidance to Delivery head -Steel Detailing
Maintain excellent relationship with the existing clients at senior level.
Work with direct reportees & marketing team to:
Prepare a "Go to market plan
Execute the "Go to market plan with the objectives of achieving the targeted new
Client acquisition targets.
Explore & decide about any new client segment or new geographies where Steel
Detailing business should make efforts.
Facilitate the budgeting process and approval thereof.
Build, Train, Support the organization for Steel Detailing services to achieve the budget.
Manage cost and margins through purchase and sales related decisions including but not limited to acquisition cost and selling prices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achievement of budgets/quarterly/monthly.
Hiring & firing decisions/recommendations in line with delegation of power for Steel Detailing team.
Maintaining following KPIs:
Client related KPIs
a) CSAT 90%
b) Retention- No client is lost in 2019
c) Quality- Quality related issues- not more than 1 client/year
d) Delivery- TAT to be agreed
Productivity
a) Sale per person
b) Salary cost of team as a percentage of revenue
Bottom Line
a) For overall department
b) Minimum for any single transaction
Employee retention related KPI
a) Employee retention Attrition 20% per year.
b) Developing a number 2 person in the team.
