Managerial Duties- Professional
- Liaising with the Society members, Consultants, etc.
- Site recce
- Preparing feasibility reports
- Attending society meetings pertaining to redevelopment
- Relaying messages of the company to Society and vice versa
- Attending to the needs of the company till the Project reaches the stage of execution
- Identify newer opportunities
- Studying title, ownership, zone, boundaries, access, sale purchase documentation, demarcation, reservation and such other documents as well as plans
- Preparing the agenda of the meeting, producing documents, drafting reports when required
- Giving reminders to BD Head
- Reviewing and answering incoming mail, and other correspondences on behalf of BD Head
- Maintaining file of each development/ redevelopment project
- Carrying background research/ market survey
- Drafting letters
- Updating Society members on the projects development periodically
- Making presentations, charts, graphs when required
- Assisting BD Head in his/ her works
- Attending Planning Authorities offices, if need be
General Management
- To provide her own daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and plans to Directors
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed as per the direction of the Directors and the Company s goals and vision
- Provide feedback to The Company to continuously improve
- Other work as directed by the Directors
