Roles and Responsibilities For: Sales Lead - Plant Design Services (India) Reporting To: Business Head
A Lead sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned domain
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Following up on sales enquiries from customers.
General sales administration as required.
General understanding of the market customers & competitors
Outstanding communication skills, telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
Coordinating with concern Department & close the deal.
Developing the sales strategies for enhancing revenue generation.
Determining which opportunities to pursue and how much effort and time to spend on various clients or leads.
Planning and managing the promotional activities of the organization.
Developing/achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high energy and motivation to complete assigned tasks and goals
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
