1. ROLES:
Fulfilment of the requirements generated by the team to achieve the targets.
Work for achieving maximum productivity level of the team.
Should be able to perform the role of an Account Manager for the accounts responsible for.
Assisting the Business Head in target setting& fulfilment on quarterly basis.
Analyzing the training and developmental needs of the team for the achievement of the planned budgetary targets.
Ensure the reduction in the number of back-outs hence increase in the number of selections.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the complete Delivery & Account management for the clients served by the teams led by the incumbent.
Ensuring the requirement coverage in terms of qualified submissions.
Achieve the number of selections as defined in the budget on monthly basis.
Manage recruiting/sourcing teams that vary from 2 to 5 in numbers
Developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire (TAT), increased quality of hire, CSAT)
Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring techniques, to ensure the selection of candidates.
Monitor and achieve team\s targets and SLA\s around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services & customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with the client for the accounts given to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions.
Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships & account mapping.
Lead Daily /weekly /monthly meetings to discuss and assess overall submission /requirements/ selection status.
Ensuring 100% implementation of ATS.
Daily requirement status considering external and internal requirements, sales funnel
Maintaining Red flag, interview tracker, EOD tracker
Assigning monthly targets to team.
To keep Team morale high
Maintaining the following functional KPIs:
Selection per recruiter for ED: 4/month
Submissions per recruiter for ED: 5/day
CSAT Score > 90%
Offer Acceptance Ratio i.e. (Number of acceptance/Number of offers)*100
Average time to fill i.e. Total number of days open job/total number of jobs open
Qualification, Experience & Skill Set:
Graduate with Masters in Management/ Engineering with first division from reputed university
8 to 10 years of experience in contract staffing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
