Title: Territory Manager- Corporate Sales
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities: • Selling online assessment solutions to corporate clients (B2B) by assessing their business requirements. • Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organizations goal. • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with clients. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Negotiate and close sales agreements to maximize profit.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successful B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in a executive IC role. • Good general knowledge and awareness of the business landscape • Prospecting/Providing customized solutions to Clients across domains & segments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
