Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients retention and relationship Creative thinkers with consultative/ Solution sales approach.
  • Taking care of the corporate sales & business development operations with focus on achieving predefined sales target.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and enhance sales & market share
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Lead & direct the Business development team

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years and maximum 22 years of sales experience. (Corporate Sales)
  • Graduate. Having an MBA is desirable
  • Successful previous experience in sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Should have good leadership skills and team managing Skills.
  • Should be mature and level headed Behavioral skills, Confidence, Persistency, Maturity, Adaptability, Assertive, proactive Knowledge skills, Excellent English Communication skills, computer application skills, sales & marketing skills, Highly analytical, excellent presentation skills, good negotiator and quick decision maker
  • Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.
  • Must have proven track record of successfully handling direct clients and client acquisition
  • Prior experience in concept or services sales with large corporate clients. Go getter with ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Sales, Marketing & Presentation Skills.

Must be good at engaging and building relationships with clients
