Business Development Executive

Should have good experience in a business development role and client relationship management. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct phone calls and emails) to prospects. Develop ideas for direct sales call, maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support. Take care of the client renewals.

Build contacts and develop relationships with potential business prospects and ensure they are fully briefed on service offerings. Identify business opportunities; gather competitor information and recommend appropriate action to achieve predetermined business objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales Devise and implement various tactics to penetrate the services in the target market.
