Manager - Compliance - Housing Finance (3-5 yrs)

We are looking out for a Compliance Manager to work with one of our client which is well Known Housing Finance Company in Mumbai. The Job Description is as follows.

1. Hands on experience in implementing NHB / RBI regulations applicable for HFCs.

2. Ensure and collect the data from respective departments and input to regulatory format to submit prior due date.

3. Coordination with internal , statutory and regulatory auditor for due diligence and compliance fulfillment.

4. Tracking and maintaining dashboard on critical activities and transaction

5. Thematic compliance testing and review as per internal company compliance.

6. Preparation of presentation on regulatory compliance update for the board and senior management
