Vedak - IT Consultant - Enterprise Architecture (7-12 yrs)

Recommended Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in working on enterprise architecture for BFSI clients

- 3+ years of experience with an Indian Bank / Product manager or technology team experience as part of implementation and design of channel application or core banking solutions

- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF / Zachman Framework / Gartner Enterprise Architecture Framework

Skills Required :

- Decision making capability amongst build vs buy vs reuse for application portfolio rationalization

- Understanding of industry-specific trends and challenges to tailor architecture solutions effectively

- Ability to evaluate industry standard enterprise architecture solutions and identify the best fit for the organization's needs

Educational Criteria :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration (with IT focus) from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 college

- >80% in 10th and 12th; >70% in graduation

- One of the following certifications - CompTIA A+, ITIL 4, or AWS Solutions Architect is must

- Certifications such as CISSP, CKA, or Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer are optional but beneficial

Job Description :

- Modernize legacy platforms to scalable and resilient microservices based platforms

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and technology architecture for an Indian retail bank, as a part of a wider digital transformation project

- Assess bank's existing architecture and hardware/software components to determine additional requirements

- Oversee the integration of various banking systems, applications and platforms to ensure seamless operations and data flow

- Provide oversight on cloud / IT infrastructure requirements and related architecture

- Explore effective use and adoption of cloud by the bank to reduce transaction and technology cost for digitalization

- Design new digital banking policies in line with latest trends observed across peer banks

- Ability to position himself at the client office in Kolkata during the working days of the week
