Solution Architect - TOSCA/Automation Testing (12-17 yrs)

Minimum 15+ years of Relevant experience in Testing & minimum 5 years in Automation using Tricentis Tosca

Location : Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune/ Hyderabad/ Noida/ Gurugram/ Mumbai

Job Description :

- 15+ years of Testing experience with packaged applications testing & automation for SalesForce (SFDC) CRM / SalesCloud / Service Cloud

- Minimum 5+ years of testing automation experience with Tricentis Tosca.

- Experience with business process testing is a must have.

- Experience with programming language C# required.

- Expertise in Test Management with Tricentis qTest is needed.

- TOSCA Certification (TDS1, TDS2, AE1, AE2) strongly desired

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks and solutions using TOSCA.

- Create and maintain TOSCA automation strategies for different types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.).

- Define and document best practices for test automation, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.

- Customize and extend TOSCA capabilities (such as using Tosca APIs, custom modules, and scripting).

Automation Implementation :

- Develop and implement automated test scripts and workflows for different applications, focusing on end-to-end testing.

- Design, configure, and execute automated test cases using TOSCA to ensure high-quality product delivery.

- Integrate TOSCA with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.

- Ensure proper test data management, test environment setup, and system integration with - other tools.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Business Analysts, etc.) to gather requirements and define testing objectives.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate team members on TOSCA best practices and automation strategies.

- Provide guidance and support to junior automation engineers and testers.

Test Automation Optimization :

- Continuously assess and optimize test automation efforts to improve efficiency, coverage, and execution time.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to test automation execution, scalability, or tool integration.

- Monitor the effectiveness of automation scripts and ensure they are aligned with evolving business and technical requirements.

Reporting & Metrics :

- Provide regular reports and metrics on the success and effectiveness of the automation effort.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as test coverage, pass/fail rates, and automation execution time to demonstrate the value of the automation strategy.

- Ensure the continuous improvement of the automation framework based on feedback and changing needs.
