Sr. Technical Architect- Product

vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Solution Architect to design solutions which are best in class and tailored to needs of the business. Expected to work closely with business and product managers for alignment around product goals and requirement feasibility. The role requires technical leadership, expertise in cloud and latest technologies and understanding of existing solutions and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Own the end-to-end technology strategy and execution, including product design, architecture, and development.

- Platform Scalability: Lead the development of a scalable and robust SaaS architecture to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

- Product Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team to define the product roadmap, aligning technology development with business goals.

- Hands-On Development: Be deeply involved in the architecture, design, and coding processes, ensuring the quality and consistency of the codebase.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to ensure seamless integration of tech and business needs.

- Experience building the team grounds-up

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on SaaS platforms.

- Strong educational background in Computer Science (preferably from a top-tier institute).

- Proven track record of building scalable tech platforms, ideally within a startup environment.

- Expertise in coding, system design, and technical architecture with hands-on experience.

- Experience leading and scaling engineering teams from the ground up.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a growing team.

Education

Bachelors or master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science or related field
