Senior Business Architect - SaaS Product Development (8-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Partner with executive leadership to understand business goals, processes, and objectives.

- Develop and communicate a long-term enterprise business architecture strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and product roadmap.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, flexible, and sustainable architectural solutions.

- Ensure architecture aligns with the business strategy and regulatory/compliance standards.

- Lead the architecture and design of SaaS-based products on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.), ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance.

- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS product development, from ideation to delivery.

- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to define product features, requirements, and system architecture.

- Provide guidance on best practices for product development and deployment, ensuring alignment with cloud-native principles.

- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, propose solutions, and ensure alignment on technical and business outcomes.

- Act as a liaison between business leaders, product teams, and IT to ensure a cohesive strategy and smooth execution of product initiatives.

- Design and implement enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS architectures with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, developing business solutions and structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of business solutions

- Strong understanding of business process modelling

- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering

- Knowledge of SaaS implementation best practices

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing cloud-based solutions

- Define architecture standards, tools, and frameworks that drive consistent SaaS product development and ensure security, scalability, and high availability.

- Lead the adoption of cloud-based technologies and methodologies across the enterprise, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging new tools and solutions to continuously improve product offerings and operational efficiency.
