Chief Medical Officer (Dermatologist)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide medical expertise on skin, hair care, and cosmetic treatments to patients.
  
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences for dermatological services.

• Evaluate presenting problems for dermatological cases and review patient medical history/records. Identify and diagnose dermatological conditions, requiring laboratory procedures and refer to other medical professionals as needed.

• Educate patients and other concerned parties about treatment options.

• Perform non-invasive surgical procedures for dermatological cases as needed. Educate patients on preventive skin and dermatological care. Refer patients to specialists as needed.

• Communicate with assistants and other team members to ensure therapies are being administered properly

• Attend conferences to network with Dermatology professionals and learn about new treatments and research

• Treat every patient with respect and compassion and ensure compliance with current medical laws and ethics
  
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each client based on their unique requirements.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  
• Stay updated with latest advancements in dermatology and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience as a Dermatologist or related field.
  
• Educational background in Medicine-MS/MD or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of Dermatology, Cosmetology, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Cosmetics.
