We are seeking a qualified HR Payroll professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data
• Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to payroll
• Generate payroll reports for management
• Assist with year-end payroll processes and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and make necessary updates to systems and processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and laws
• Experience with payroll software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
