Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and compliance management within the IT industry, alongside expertise in crafting and executing HR strategies that align with our companys vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT industry regulations, and statutory requirements specific to the technology sector.
• Handle all employee-related litigation, managing legal documentation and representation in disputes or hearings.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate risks and resolve compliance issues effectively.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and policies.

HR Policy and Process Management

• Develop, implement, and review HR policies tailored to IT industry best practices and statutory requirements.
• Establish processes to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Lead recruitment efforts for technical and managerial roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Plan and implement workforce strategies to address the dynamic needs of the IT industry.

Employee Engagement and Retention

• Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention in a competitive IT job market.
• Address employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment.

Learning and Development

• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical teams.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

HR Operations

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in any field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the IT/technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, IT industry compliance requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Proven track record in managing litigation and compliance issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR technology tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in labor laws, HR compliance, or SAP HR systems (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
• Experience working in IT consulting or software development organizations.
