Shift Timing :

- Overlap with PST shift required (2 PM - 11 PM IST).

- Support bi-weekly deployments on Tuesday evenings (PST timings).

- Must be comfortable handling ad-hoc requests and providing need-based weekend support.

Experience Required :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Quote-to-Cash processes, including solution design, development, configuration, and deployment.

- 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, LWC, Visualforce, and APEX.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with specific expertise in CPQ solutions. The role involves developing scalable and efficient solutions, guiding junior developers, and ensuring seamless deployments and support for business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.

- Build and maintain custom Salesforce components using LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Apex Triggers.

- Create and manage efficient SOQL/SOSL queries to support application functionality.

- Develop and maintain flows for automating business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and leadership.

- Prioritize tasks effectively and take ownership of deliverables.

- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.

- Support bi-weekly deployments and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Custom CPQ (DPB).

- Expertise in Visualforce, Apex Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flows, and JavaScript.

- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and handle escalations effectively.

- Experience in mentoring junior developers and understanding the bigger picture in business solutions.

- Background in sales or service domains. (Telecom experience is a bonus; Healthcare profiles are not preferred.)

- Salesforce Admin

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

- Demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle development, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
