Maintain detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging materials and products like aluminum foils, PVC films, blisters, glass bottles, and their manufacturing processes, export procedures, documentation, and other formalities. Develop persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present packaging solutions that appeal to the market and enhance products and services. Demonstrate excellent organizational, supervisory, and managerial skills with the ability to work outside of regular hours.
