Trainer-International process

Role & responsibilities

• Effective communication skills, time management skills, ability to work in flexible hrs
• Deliver the training content to the advisors and enable them to achieve their targets with an exceptional customer service
• Should achieve training throughput, continuous knowledge score, certification scores of every batch & Login hrs for self
• Ensures own product and process knowledge is current
• Uses initiative to find suitable solutions that benefit the advisors and the customers
• Ensures all oral and written communication, including email, consistently demonstrates a professional and friendly tone, maintaining faultless grammar
• Take part in process productivity (productivity and accuracy as a target)
• Attending external QA feedback and update session
• Handling New hire batches for the respective metacluster during the practice/ certification queue
• OJT support for their respective metacluster
• Floor intervention based on in scope TNIs (While there is no training batch)

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames
• Ability to build rapport with the trainees and demonstrate a high level of responsibility
• Responsible for employee morale within the training
• Customer service orientations, problem-solving, Leadership skills & Team work
