Responsible for Industrial sales, person should know Industies, Capable of closing deals, already in similar line of business viz. Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Electric Motors, Drives shall be preffered.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
