Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

1) Budgeting/ Annual plan Budget preparation based on management direction o Total Revenue & Sales o Standard Material cost estimation Co-ordination with Costing team o Operational expenses budgeting from Plants and consolidation at company level  Manpower cost: Co-ordination and finalization with HR team  Utility consumption (Power, Coal, Water, etc.)  Engineering and Maintenance budget (AMCs, services, R&M)  Production consumables  Safety & Effluent treatment expenses  Quality control expenses  Factory administration expenses  Depreciation for assets Co-ordination with accounts  Finance cost, Selling and distribution costs and corporate expenses o Gross Profit & Net Profit 2) Month Closing – MIS & Forecasting  Ensure to right expenses booking in right GL and cost centres  Tracking of all expenses as per budget and forecast  Cost Variance analysis - Discuss with respective departments and finalize  Quarterly forecasting  Month end financial and CO books close in line with FI team  Consolidation of P&L and reporting to management  Prepare and present financial metrics in the BRM.  Gross margin/contribution analysis 3) SAP ERP FI -CO Module  Hands on experience in FI & CO modules (S4 HANA/ ECC)  Understanding of accounting process in SAP  Reports knowledge in SAP Others:  Good knowledge and experience in Ms-Excel, PPT and any other reporting tools  Good communication and presentation skill  Work with cross-functional team, department HOD’
