Role & responsibilities

Lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive business development

through the builder channel.

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, auditors, connectors, real

estate brokers, and channel partners.

• Identify potential builder segments and drive lead generation.

• Focus on fresh purchase sourcing for home loans.

• Meet with CAT A, CAT B, and CAT C builders, helping them get their

projects approved to generate home loan business.

• Achieve monthly and team targets, ensuring business goals and revenue

growth.

• Enhance customer satisfaction (NPS) and improve the cost of acquisition.
