Lead the MRO procurement team, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality and reliability of supplies
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
Manage Purchase Orders (POs), including adherence to Inco terms, to ensure compliance and minimize risk
