Marketing / Patient Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Marketing coordinator will play a key role in assisting patients for their consultation with our Doctors.
• Your responsibilities will also include:
• Coordinating with patients and front office teams to facilitate appointments with the respective doctors
• Managing online enquiries and ensuring timely responses to the patients, end to end coordination.
• Handling Sales MIS and data analysis to be shared to the Senior management and to the team.
• Building strong relationship with the referral Doctors and the Corporate clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing field or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
