Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets..
Handling & maintaining project time sheets, statistics..
Establish and execute a project communication plan..
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables..
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope..
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems..
Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS)..
Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel..
Maintaining positive relationships with customers..
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context..
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently..
