Role & responsibilities

To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the productionImplementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers.

• Responsible for operation & maintenance of coding machines.
• Responsibility for safety for Personnel, facilities & Equipment.
• Direct responsibility to provide the raw-materials for production through store.
• Indirect responsible for discipline for workforce.
• Indirect responsibility to implement daily preventive maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHK in their respective areas.
• Responsible for daily tracking & calculation of Line Productivity, Production Productivity & Production Breakage (Cap & Crown yields)
• Responsible for shift wise production.
• Responsible for proper Manpower utilisation.
• Responsible to control Glass Breakage.
• Responsible for breakdown maintenance.
• Responsible for calculate & minimise Filler downtime
• Production knowledge in the Beverage or FMCG industry

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in the Beverage or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should possess:

• B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Proven production knowledge and experience in the Beverage or FMCG industry
