Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and select candidates to fill various positions within the company.
• Ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Experience in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Telugu (required).
