Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance:
  
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and adjust system parameters, such as temperature and pressure, to optimize performance.
• Identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major breakdowns.
• Reactive Maintenance:
  
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and service calls.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system malfunctions.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Possess in-depth knowledge of refrigeration principles, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigerant handling.
• Stay updated with the latest refrigeration technologies and industry best practices.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and rectify system problems.
• Safety Compliance:
  
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations, including those related to refrigerant handling and electrical safety.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
