Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience working with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integration expertise with SAP PIPO. This role is based in Delhi NCR and requires candidates who are available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.

- Provide end-to-end support for SAP HCM processes, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.

- Design and configure integrations between SAP HCM and other systems using SAP Process Integration (PI)/Process Orchestration (PO).

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure data consistency and seamless communication between systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to human capital management.

- Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices to optimize SAP HCM processes.

- Perform system updates, enhancements, and maintenance for SAP HCM and PIPO components.

- Conduct testing and validation during upgrades or system changes to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP HCM functionalities.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and business processes.

- Ensure adherence to legal and organizational compliance standards within the SAP HCM system.

- Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and address business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.

- Proven expertise in SAP PIPO for integration purposes.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Organizational Management).

- Experience with SAP PIPO for data integration and workflow automation.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within SAP HCM and integrations.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver project objectives.

- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or other advanced SAP HCM solutions.

- Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

- Understanding of compliance requirements related to payroll and HR processes in India.
