Varnamala Technologies is urgently hiring for the position of SAP FICO Consultant.

Job Details :

Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Location : Gurugram (Onsite).

Client : Protiviti.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FICO-related implementations, customizations, and enhancements.

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand the client's business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).

- Provide end-to-end support during SAP FICO implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP FICO modules, ensuring business continuity.

- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP and non-SAP modules.

- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO modules.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO trends and advancements, recommending improvements to existing processes and configurations.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules with a focus on financial accounting and controlling processes.

- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.

- Excellent understanding of financial accounting principles, costing methodologies, and business processes.

- Proficiency in SAP FICO reporting tools and integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

- Proven track record of working on SAP FICO implementations and rollouts in a client-facing environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience working with clients in the consulting domain, preferably with Protiviti or similar organizations.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its key functionalities.

- Familiarity with taxation processes, bank integration, and financial reporting tools.

- Understanding of data migration and interface development in SAP.

- Experience with SAP authorization and security concepts in the FICO domain.
