Resolving customer complaints and finding creative solutions to customer problems

Building rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Keeping up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the company

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are metRequirement

Experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
