About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager candidate at Client to lead the GTM strategy and execution for the Client Pass portfolio.

- This pivotal role focuses on driving growth for the Client Pass business by helping market the existing and upcoming product enhancements for the D2C (Direct to Consumer) video streaming market segment as well as supporting go-to-market (GTM) teams with the existing TV Everywhere (TVE) services.

- As a key connector between the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams, you will develop marketing strategies, content and campaigns that align with Client's goals, enhance the market presence of our offerings, and create measurable impact.

- In this dynamic role, you will manage cross-functional initiatives, with focus on creating / updating the marketing positioning/messaging and pre-sales/sales collateral as well as work with the GTM teams to develop targeted campaigns, and position Client as a leading provider in the rapidly evolving video streaming and TVE (TV Everywhere) segments.

- Primary focus market will be North America.

Essential Job Functions:

Strategic Marketing

- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for Client Pass, with a focus on D2C video streaming - Authentication, Concurrency Monitoring, and Premium Workflow products.

- Drive alignment with Product, Sales, and CSM teams to position offerings in the most impactful way for media & entertainment/video streaming enterprise customers.

- Identify and prioritize opportunities, ensuring marketing investments align with Client's strategic objectives.

Content Development & Syndication

- Update core marketing documentation, including customer decks, fact sheets, webpages and case studies.

- Lead the creation of targeted content, including demos and videos, to address customer pain points and highlight solution benefits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the central point of contact for marketing efforts, ensuring seamless communication with Sales, Product, and CSM teams.

- Support personalized outreach and funnel development for top-tier prospects in partnership with Sales teams.

- Support Client's participation in strategic media & entertainment industry events (e.g., NAB, Streaming Media).

Operational Excellence

- Create and execute a plan for managing Client Pass marketing budget in close collaboration with marketing leadership across projects, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of spend to optimize ROI

- Implement scalable processes to streamline content creation, campaign execution, and cross-functional updates.

- Work with 3rd party vendors and agencies (as needed) to develop collateral and execute on field marketing events.

Thought Leadership

- Build customer engagement strategies such as executive roundtables, exclusive webinars, and high-touch communications for top-tier services.

- Stay informed on industry trends, including service bundling, password sharing solutions, and international content distribution opportunities, to shape Client's positioning.

Qualifications:

Experience

- Overall, 12 - 15 years of experience in Product Marketing for enterprise SaaS (preferably media & entertainment industry).

- Experience leading marketing programs across diverse geographies (especially North America) and stakeholder groups, including video streaming services segment.

- Familiarity with emerging trends in video streaming, authentication, and identity solutions.

Skills & Expertise

- Strong expertise in developing B2B marketing collateral and personalized campaigns for enterprise customers.

- Excellent project management skills to balance multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes on tight timelines.

- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
