Job Description
- Install / Upgrade our Oncology Hardware Solutions according at our customers including validating the solution is ready for use for our customers to treat patients
- Onsite installation of 3-4 weeks in one go for Linear Accelerators according to technical documentation guidelines provided to ensure the machine install properly
- Provides highly visible performance for on-site installation as well as diagnosis, troubleshooting, service and repair of high-tech complex systems,
- Connect our Radiation Treatment devices to our Oncology Software Solutions
- Perform and document the work completed according to Quality Management Systems
- Help ensure we always meet agreed target dates for customers to treat patients on installation and upgrade work
- Independently trouble shooting one-off technical problem with minimal assistance
- Escalate discrepancy in trouble shooting process and/or procedures
- Suggest or provide direct input to specialist for process/product improvement
- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies procedures to resolve issues
- Checks out and approves the operational quality of systems machines after installations,
- Conduct Acceptance testing to ensure that all product specifications are met with the highest quality and in timely manner
- Proficient knowledge in electrical, electronic and mechanic, and associated test equipment for calibration and verification of Oncology System Products
- Proficient with computer systems and related network applications
- Transferrable technical skills related to IT network, mechanic, electronic, electrical and office tools
- Customer focused attitude articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication
- 2 - 4 years experience in related field engineering
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel extensively, primarily within India, but also worldwide
- Bachelor s degree of Technical Institute or University in electronics / electrical / biomedical / computer / electro-mechanical engineering or related fields or equivalent education
- Well versed with technical documents like installation manuals, technical bulletin,
- Considerable experience in handling of tools and test equipment used for verification
