Creativity and Innovation

1) Play a key role in enabling continuous research and ideation in Creative development Cell (CDC) by creating an atmosphere of creativity and innovation.

2) Provide guidance to CDC members on feasibility and designing of different product ideas by giving practical & creative suggestions and insights.

3) Ensure that the new product ideas are viable for bulk production by looking at intricacies linked to activities like weaving, designing etc.

Coordination

1) Coordinate with Marketing Teams for alignment on new ideas and customer requirement.

2) Coordinating/performing presentations to different customers as per market or customer requirement.

Product & design development

1) Understand product & design requirements that come from different customers

2) Product & design development by coordinating with different stakeholders including FTC, marketing, production, etc.

Inter-Department-Collaboration

1) Play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments in order to ensure timely availability of required raw material, infrastructure, manpower etc.

2) Drive collaboration within CDC, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth coordination among these teams and address complex multi-faceted matters.

Performance Management & Team Development

1) Perform goal setting, periodic performance review and other performance appraisal activities and provide performance feedback to all department employees

2) Provide direction and mentorship to department employees
